Ingwalo Secondary school began operating on the 22nd of February 2022, initially operating as Ingwalo College from Brethren in Christ Church Nketa 9. The school started with 4 learners (comprising of 1 girl and 3 boys) in form 1. However, 1 learner transferred before the term ended, leaving only 3 students. Despite the small start, the school gradually grew in numbers. By the end of the term 3 in 2022, the learner population had increased to 12. The school had a staff of 6 teachers and 1 ancillary staff member. In December 2023, a day before the schools closed for the year, Ingwalo Secondary School relocated to its new site, having grown significantly to 110 learners. On the third term of 2024, the learner population was at 251. The school now has 13 teachers, a bursar, a clerk and 4 ancillary staff. The school was officially registered by MOPSE on 01/09/23, and granted Examination Center Status by ZIMSEC on the 3rd of March 2025. Back Home
